Can you teach classes to couples? We sure do give classes to couples.
But, usually our suggestion is to take the same time slot but each one of
you will be taught separately, in other words you will have different
teachers. And there are many reasons for that, one of the most
important ones is that you might have different learning speeds and/or
different Spanish levels. Other reasons can be different schedules,
different discipline to accomplish homework and in general different
approaches to learning. That is why when taking the class together one of
you might feel that the other one is slowing you down or perhaps you
feel intimidated by your partner's learning speed. This doesn't mean
that we don't encourage you to practice with your partner or engage in
Spanish activities together. As teachers we are very aware of your
individual circumstances, environment and goals and will include them
in your learning process as much as possible. We
invite you to schedule your first class together where we can discuss
further more your specific case, analyze your levels, as well as
experience how you like the setting. Why do the class sets expire?
There are a few reasons, actually. To sum it up, it's the only way to maximize the effectiveness of the classes. Here's how:
By using the class sets in a timely manner, we keep our costs down so we can offer you packaged pricing. A low overhead helps us focus on what matters most: teaching Spanish!
It's very important that you are consistent in your study of Spanish. Classes should be scheduled regularly with the same teacher when possible to get the most for your money. If classes are too far apart, you're basically paying us to re-teach you what you learned in your last class.
- Solid results can only be achieved when learning Spanish is a priority. We want you to get the results you desire.
What payment methods do you accept for classes?
Cash and personal check. Credit cards are welcome via paypal.
Are the classes taught in MSE offices?
We do not have a location. All our classes are taught at your home or office, in some cases Public locations such as coffee shops and Libraries
Can I bring my friend to the Parranda group night?
All Spanish speakers are welcome at Parranda!
If I am out of town may I do a session over the phone?
If you are an intermediate or advanced student you may sign up for all lessons to be conducted by phone.
If you are a beginner student, and will be out of town during a scheduled lesson, a phone session can be arranged on special occasion. Please discuss this with your instructor before planning on it.
